Returns & Refunds policy:
In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or parts missing etc., we are providing 2 days’ time (From the date of order delivery) to report the complaint by mail at dcx3d.studios@gmail.com, mention Request Refund.
Once we received the product our experts will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer shipping cost prepaid by us. In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund.
Furthermore, no warranty or refund or replacement will apply if the Product has been subject to open, use, handling issue, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way., we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. DCX3D reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund request

Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
